These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made with Inside Africa Adventures. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified in your invoice.
• Confirmation details including itinerary and invoice will be sent via email after payment.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
• The balance must be paid 60 days before the trip start date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved online payment systems.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • More than 60 days before departure: 15% of the total trip cost.
  • 30–59 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost.
  • Less than 30 days: 100% of the total trip cost.

4. Changes by You

We will try to accommodate any changes to your itinerary, but additional charges may apply.

5. Changes by Us

Inside Africa Adventures reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or operational issues.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. This must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

7. Health and Fitness

It is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health to participate in the booked activities. Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance.

8. Passports, Visas, and Vaccinations

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents and meeting health requirements for entry into Tanzania and any other destinations on your itinerary.

9. Liability

Inside Africa Adventures will not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses beyond its control, including acts of God, accidents, or governmental actions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
