As the founder and visionary behind Inside Africa Adventures (IAA), Dorosella is redefining what it means to travel with intention. Born in Tanzania and educated in Europe, she brings over two decades of global experience in International Development, having led impactful initiatives with the United Nations to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Dorosella is a sustainability advocate, with a deep knowledge of responsible tourism, combined with a passion for showcasing Africa’s authentic beauty, telling stories and crafting journeys that are immersive and impactful.

With over 25 years of experience in developing high-impact partnerships, he has been instrumental in connecting European travelers and organizations with meaningful initiatives across Africa.
A founder and long-time partner of StreetKids International, his work has consistently focused on empowering vulnerable communities through sustainable support systems. His deep-rooted love for Tanzanian culture and lifestyle fuels his mission to create travel experiences that go beyond sightseeing, to experiences that foster deep connection, community understanding, and social transformation.
